By supporting the successful, smooth-running of HomeLife’s Wills and Estate Planning business, you will proactively progress applications from first appointment to its legal conclusion, developing a strong skill-set in customer service and client relationships as an Associate. 
 
The full-time role will be based at our office in the beautiful surroundings of Nostell Estate in Nostell, Wakefield with free parking, an on-site cafe and National Trust walks on the doorstep. 
ROLE STRUCTURE & RESPONSIBILITIES 
 
Administrative tasks: 
 
Responding to client referrals and service requests in a timely manner through multiple communication channels. 
Progressing the instruction process from first appointment to attestation. 
Gathering information and evidence from clients and accurately recording information for estate planning instructions. 
Preparing client packs, scanning and uploading client evidence onto relevant computer systems and adhering to the filing structure. 
Keeping clients updated and chasing client actions to prevent delays. 
Regular liaising with Will Writers to obtain updates on the status of applications. 
Promoting HomeLife Wills and Estate Planning Solutions Ltd by regularly sharing reviews and supporting social media platforms. 
Appropriate deletion and destruction of documentation in line with Data Protection Legislation and Money Laundering Regulations. 
Carrying out regular marketing stationary stock checks, ordering of supplies and keeping stock at a reasonable level. 
Attending networking and business-related meetings and events. 
Handle all incoming and outgoing post, including delivering post to the post box/office. 
Liaising with Wills and Estate Planning Associates to book appointments with clients. 
 
Progression to an Associate: 
 
Conducting Estate Planning appointments and managing a diary of clients. 
Instructing clients’ Wills and Estate Planning and ensure up-to-date and accurate legal guidance is given. 
Undertaking regular training and using initiative to maintain accurate industry knowledge. 
Growing the HomeLife Wills and Estate Planning Solutions client-base through generating new business opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE 
 
5 GCSEs Grade 4 or above, including Maths and English. 
Experience of working work Microsoft Software, including Word and Excel.

Good problem-solving skills, drive and initiative to work with minimal supervision. 
Good organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise. 
Be compassionate and calm with the ability to listen, guide and reassure. 
Willingness to learn, understand, and build knowledge in Estate Planning Services.
