For our mortgage advice services, we charge different amounts based upon the service you require. For purchases and remortgages, we will charge £650.00. For existing clients remortgaging, we will charge a fee of £250.00. Further advances will be charged at a fee of £100.00. For Buy-to-Let purchases and remortgages, we will charge £750.00. For existing clients remortgaging their BTL, we charge £350.00.  
We will tell you the fee before we start working for you. The fee is payable on application.
