For our mortgage advice services, we charge a minimum fee for our advice service of £650 to 1% of the loan if higher, but the maximum you will pay is £2,000. For example, if your mortgage was £250,000 the maximum fee you would pay would be £2,000. For existing clients who are remortgaging we charge a fee of £250.00.We will tell you the fee before we start working for you. The fee is payable on application.
